Terms: One-time purchase. You will receive an order confirmation by email after each purchase.
Shipping
We ship all our products via USPS. Delivery times are 7 to 10 business days from the order processing date. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.

Product Disclaimer
I understand that the information provided on this Website regarding VOG ECOM LLC products is for general information purposes only. I understand that product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting, materials, and manufacturing tolerances. I understand that VOG ECOM LLC products are intended for the use described in the product page and accompanying documentation. WARNING: Not intended for use by children under 18 years of age without adult supervision. Read all included documentation before use.
Credit Card Descriptor
By ordering products from us, you authorize us to charge your credit card accordingly (once). This authorization will be automatically removed once the order is completed and your CC information will need to be re-entered for future orders. Please note that the descriptor (or subject line) that appears on your credit card registration will appear as vogverholt-benchtools. If you have any questions regarding your credit card statement, you should call our customer service department.
Delivery Cost
Deliveries are free worldwide (free S&H). Shipments are tracked, and the tracking number is sent by email to each order as soon as it is shipped. Shipping within 7 days with USPS.
Refund Policy
We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call +1 618-348-1511 to obtain a refund. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed. We will credit any returned opened or unopened product if the received package is post marked within 30 days of the order received date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service. Refunds will be issued to customer credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days of the received date. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number.
Return Policy
To obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product, whether opened or unopened, back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below within 30 days from receipt of the order.

Shipping Terms
If you ordered the One Time Supply, you will be shipped the amount of the product you ordered. Shipping within 7 days with USPS. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. VOG ECOM LLC does not guarantee specific arrival dates or times.
